Does living in the City House sound like something to you? As of June 1, we have a luxury city apartment available in this monumental building. Here you live in the bustling centre of Rotterdam with all the conveniences of a city apartment.

The 108 m2 residence is located on the seventh floor of the City House. This three-room apartment comes with white walls, window and floor coverings and built-in lamps.

The luxury city apartment consists of a spacious living room with lots of light, two bedrooms, one balcony, a beautiful bathroom with separate toilet, a fully equipped modern kitchen with cooking island and all the usual built-in appliances, including a Quooker. In addition, there is a separate laundry room for a washing machine and dryer.

In the middle of Rotterdam Centre

On the balcony you can enjoy the view over the city. From here you can see the shopping streets Kruiskade and Lijnbaan, the World Trade Center, Schouwburgplein, Theater Rotterdam and De Doelen.

The apartment is situated on a prime location, right in the centre of Rotterdam, so you can get everywhere on foot. The Lijnbaan, Schouwburgplein and Coolsingel, among others, are in the immediate vicinity. This offers a varied range where there is always something new to discover. In addition, Rotterdam Central Station is a five-minute walk away, making it easy and fast to travel to other major cities such as The Hague, Utrecht and Breda.
