The building was designed in 1955 by the famous architects Van Tijen and Maaskant.

We have two apartments available on the second floor. These 3-room apartments of 84 m2 are located in the monumental City House on the Kruiskade. They both have a herringbone floor.
Both apartments have two bedrooms, a spacious terrace of 24.5 m2 and a bathroom with walk-in shower. In addition, the open kitchen is equipped with a built-in fridge and freezer, built-in combi oven microwave, induction, quooker and a beautiful cooking island.
